At Ozarkland General Store, we want you to enjoy your purchase from the moment it leaves our shelves. Please read our policies below to know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.
What is your return policy?
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the item arrives damaged or in error.
What should I do if my item is damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shop@ozarkland.org. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or mistake, and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at shop@ozarkland.org. We ship from multiple locations and often process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to decline cancellations if fulfillment has already begun.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the continental U.S. and to APO/FPO military addresses. 🇺🇸 We love and support our military customers—thank you for your service!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. APO/FPO delivery times may vary depending on military mail routing.
Do you offer express shipping?
If you need your order faster, please contact us at shop@ozarkland.org before placing your order. We’ll let you know if express or expedited shipping is available for your items and location. Additional charges may apply.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package right to your door.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup at select locations. Choose “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
