Shipping Times:
We do our best to ship all in-stock items within 5 business days of your order. Estimated shipping times shown on product pages are based on information from our stores and shipping partners, and may change due to factors like supply chain disruptions, weather, or shipping volume.
While delays are rare, they can happen—and are often beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should that occur.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means your order is in our system and your payment has been authorized. We’ll then check product availability. If any item is backordered or unavailable, we’ll cancel the charge and notify you by email.
Order Shipment:
If everything is in stock and payment is successful, your order will ship within 5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email within 24 hours of shipment. If you don’t receive tracking within 6 business days, please contact us at shopozarkland@gmail.com.
Shipping Area:
At this time, we only ship within the USA, with some exceptions.
